If you need more reasons to take advantage of student2PRO, take Chloe Clark’s word for it. Clark, a San Diego State University alumna, is now a full-time lighting designer. Her love for theatre led her to use student2PRO this past February after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in theatre arts.

While in school, Clark used Vision and Spotlight for a theatre production where she served as the lighting designer for the show, “Anon(ymous)” by Naomi Iizka. The production is a retelling of “The Odyssey” and is Clark’s “heart and soul” as a realized design production.

“Vectorworks helped me put together ground plans, lighting plots, etc.,” Clark says. “If anything changes, which in theatre and live events there are always changes, Vectorworks makes it so I don't have to redraft everything from the start—it’s much easier and faster. I like how it can do photometrics for me which is a great way to double-check my work for accuracy, and it’s proven to be that extra set of eyes.”

After completing this project, it was no question that Clark wanted to have an all-in-one software for her work. How to Qualify
